The Booking Process
Build Your Event
Browse our rentals and packages. Use our Build Your Event tool to select items, choose your date, and enter your event details.
Submit Your Request
Submit your booking request. We review your date, timing, delivery route, and equipment availability.
Get Approved
We will review your request and contact you within 24 hours. If everything works out, we'll send you a payment link.
Secure Your Date
Pay your deposit or full balance to confirm your booking. Your date is held once payment is received.
We Deliver & Set Up
We arrive at your event and provide included set up. You enjoy the party!
Stress-Free Pickup
After your event, we handle everything — we come back and pick up all rentals so you can focus on the fun.

Unlike a vending machine checkout, we personally review every booking request. This lets us make sure delivery timing works, equipment is truly available, and your event gets exactly what it needs.
It also means you get a real human who cares about your event — not just an automated system.
Delivery Zones & Fees
We deliver to Provo and all of Utah County. Local delivery is always free.
Flexible Payment
Pay Online & Save 5%
After approval, pay securely online through Stripe and receive a 5% discount on your rental subtotal.
Pay at Delivery
Pay your remaining balance at delivery using cash or your preferred app.
